Air Pushing Bag Operation Steps

1.Carefully clear debris from block clearance.

2.Choose suitable sizes and quantity of air pushing bags according to block sizes.

3.Choose best acting point, place air pushing bag into gap entirely, fix it with ropes or steel rod through handle rings of the bag.

Note: it could protect air pushing bag well to put sheet iron or thin aluminum sheet between air pushing bag and block, especially when surface of block is untidy or have big cracks.

4.Connect air compressor, controller and air pushing bag.

5.Inflating air pushing bag by air compressor and keep air pressure stable at 0.3Mpa-0.4Mpa

6.Continue inflating until obtaining opening of 5-10cm gap, place appropriate stones to the gap.

7.Overlap two same sizes air pushing bags to overturn the block.

8.Stop inflating, take out air pushing bag after deflating by quick air bleed-valve.

Precautions

1.For safety , please check air pushing bag before using, if it’s damaged, fix it with repair kit or change a new one.

2.To avoid air pushing bag damaged by unstable inlet air pressure and power, use controller to control the pressure. Without controller, you must stop inflating when gap is up to 25-30cm.

3.To avoid air pushing bag damaged by blocks’ reverse thrust, place appropriate stones when obtaining opening of 5-10cm gap.

4.To avoid damages to air pushing bags, use controller to balance the pressure of air pushing bags and inflate them all at once, when operating two or more air pushing bags.

5.Remind: When air pushing bags are working, operators must stand away 2 meters at least!

6.Remind: Forbid overload operation of air pushing bags.
